Subscriptions or licenses for digital privacy and telecommunications software are generally non-refundable once the license key has been issued or access to the digital environment has been granted. We encourage users to utilize trial periods where available before committing to a purchase.
Fees paid for professional services, including custom software development or strategic consulting, are non-refundable once work has commenced as defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW). Any "kill fees" or partial refunds for unearned retainers are governed specifically by the individual service agreement.
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting corporate@smcholdingsinc.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
